What Does the Hypnotic Experience feel like?

 

Every person's journey into hypnosis is uniquely their own. Most clients experience a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace during and after their sessions. Some may remain very aware and alert, while others drift into deeper states of tranquility. Whatever your experience, the transformative benefits occur at all levels of trance.

 

 

WILL I REMAIN TRUE TO MYSELF DURING HYPNOSIS?

 

Absolutely. Hypnosis is about empowering your authentic self, not controlling it. Your inner wisdom and personal values remain fully intact during our work together. This is why hypnosis is so powerful for creating positive change - it aligns with your genuine desires for transformation.

You remain completely in control throughout our session. Think of hypnosis as a collaborative journey where you're the navigator. You can communicate, adjust your position, or open your eyes at any time. Your comfort and safety are always paramount, and you cannot become "stuck" in hypnosis.

 

 

HOW Many sessions will i need?

 

Each person's healing journey is unique. While some clients experience significant shifts in just a few sessions, others benefit from longer-term work. After our first session, we can discuss a recommended treatment plan tailored to your specific goals and circumstances.

 

 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY FIRST SESSION?

 

Every healing journey begins with a thoughtful conversation about your goals and history. We'll spend time creating a safe, comfortable space before moving into any deeper work. Your first session is an opportunity for us to develop trust and create a personalized approach that aligns with your needs. Hypnosis and/or any other healing modalities are always used during or at the end of each session. Expect the hypnosis portion of our sessions to be about 15-25 minutes long.

 

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

 

Come as you are - there's no special preparation needed. Wear comfortable clothing, and try to schedule your session at a time when you won't need to rush to another appointment. It can be helpful to have a quiet space for a few minutes after our work together to integrate the experience.

For online sessions, please ensure:

  • A private, quiet space where you won't be interrupted

  • A comfortable chair or place to recline

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Headphones or earbuds to enhance the immersive experience and maintain privacy

  • Your phone and other devices are set to "Do Not Disturb"

  • You have water and any other necessities nearby

  • You're in a temperature-controlled environment where you'll be comfortable throughout our session

 

 

Iā€™m not able to come in to your Los Angeles office, can you come to me?

 

We understand that extenuating circumstances sometimes require flexibility. For special situations, we can arrange house or hospital visits (additional travel fees apply). Please reach out directly to discuss your specific needs.
